AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express DHL shipping with all Alin Le’ Kal orders. The complimentary shipping offer is for the first shipment of each order. Returns that are not faulty but sent back for exchanges, may incur a shipping cost to re-dispatch the replacement item/s. Each new order comes with complimentary shipping

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:

  • Metro areas: 1–2 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–3 business days
  • Metro Areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart.
  • Alin Le’ Kal does not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping Timeframes

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:

  • ASIA 2-4 business days
  • USA & CANADA 2-5 business days
  • EUROPE 3-7 business days
  • MIDDLE EAST 3-5 business days
  • NEW ZELAND 2-3 business days
  • SOUTH AMERICA 4-10 business days

Once orders are processed your parcel will be delivered within 2-10 business days, note timeframes given are an estimate only, excluding the 2.5 – 4 production timeframes.

Please note duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Alin Le’ Kal does not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia, India, Brazil, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Iran, Africa and some other countries due to customs restrictions

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once your order has been received and signed for at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Alin Le Kal

RETURNS

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days from the date you receive your order. This is a strict time frame with no exceptions. You must first contact [email protected] to establish a return address and confirmation prior to sending the goods back. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by you. Ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, its original condition, is unworn and a tracking number is emailed through. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and must be received by our team within 7 days of the date of order for a credit note for the full purchase price amount. Any item considered faulty will be repaired and returned to you. A refund will only be given if the item is considered faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not valid based on change of mind, nor is it valid because the terms and conditions were not read prior to purchase.

All purchases via the online store or instore are an agreement with the terms and conditions.
